NABI Youth Physical Education Program
Obesity among American children is at its highest ever, with this percentage even higher on tribal reservations. The diabetes epidemic plaguing our Native youth is also running ramped on tribal lands. The NABI Foundations goal is to teach youth, at an early age the importance of exercise, nutrition and what our bodies are designed for: keeping the body active and moving.

Program Objectives

• Implement Educational classes on nutrition, exercise and disease prevention
     10 week program
     2x classes per week
     Post and pre-testing to evaluate progress and outcome
     Award Program

• The NABI Award Program is in partnership with Arizona pro-sporting franchises to support and encourage the participants of the NABI Youth Physical Educational Program. Through the award program, the NABI Foundation annually hosts 250-300 youth to pro-sporting events.

    Arizona Cardinals
